Peer Mentoring

For Social Workers and Other Mental Health Clinicians

I can attribute so much of my success to the many mentors and colleagues who have supported, guided, and encouraged me along the way. It’s important to me that I do the same!

That’s why I facilitate FREE Peer Mentoring Seminars as a way to support social workers and other mental health clinicians in their professional development. The goal of these seminars is to help you find peer support to answer your questions, discuss your professional fears or concerns, and hold one another accountable for things like:

• Taking the licensing exam.
• Pursuing leadership roles in the workplace.
• Seeking out career-advancing professional training.
• Sorting through the unique challenges facing clinicians of color.
